Our Mission

At NewLife our mission is to provide a place of worship, and to make disciples for Christ, that we may evangelize our world.

Our prayer is for God to help us give our time, talents, and resources to see this accomplished.

Our Vision

That we grow families into a place of maturity to do the work of the Gospel to send them out into this world to change lives. We want to Reach, Teach, and Release!

God is the supreme creator. He is excellent in all His ways. His power knows no end… and as His children, we share His characteristics. We want to honor our Father with excellent worship, equip His people through the creative teaching of His Holy Word, and love all people with tremendous generosity. We don’t want to emphasize tradition, routine, or tenure. Instead, we value creativity, risk, innovation, and future orientation. As a church community, we want to use all the gifts and talents God has given to us to effectively speak the word of God to our culture and to add a fresh experience to the Body of Christ.

Our Purpose

The church is not a building or a service, but a community – a community measured and shaped by authenticity. This community is a place where people are free to take their masks off and be themselves, a place where the lines of communication are always open, and a place where the free exchange of ideas is encouraged. A community like this takes determination,  humility, and confession, listening more than talking, and mirroring the ring of selfless love that exists between the Father, His Son, and the Holy Spirit. If ever found, an authentic community would be worth guarding and worth fighting for. Jesus certainly felt this type of community was worth dying for. We have lost the idea as Christians of being missionaries and have instead become consumers who demand instead of giving. Sadly, many Christians see community as building a good church instead of building a great city. As a church community, we want to shine our lights to everyone in our community and do good to them in response to what God has done for us.
